Job summary

Da Prosperitas Holding Incoporated is seeking an HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced environment. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, and offboarding, ensuring accurate records and compliant processes.

The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and people-oriented, with 1–3 years in HR and knowledge of Philippine labor laws, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a general HR role.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee concerns.
• Support end-to-end recruitment, including job posting and interviewing.
• Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Prepare employment contracts and HR letters.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, and HR records.
• Assist payroll preparation and coordinate with payroll team.
• Support employee engagement activities and events.
• Handle employee relations confidentially.
• Implement and communicate HR policies and programs.
