• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management, Sociology, or related field.
• 7+ years in HR Supervisor or Manager roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities.
