Job Description

• Act as the end‑to‑end HR lead, overseeing all aspects of HR operations on‑site
• Lead and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with business growth plans
• Manage personnel administration, payroll, policy implementation, and compliance
• Take full ownership of talent acquisition, driving large‑scale hiring for plant ramp‑up
• Partner closely with operations and leadership to support organizational growth and workforce planning
• Handle labor relations and employee relations, ensuring a positive and compliant workplace
• Support the transition and implementation of HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)
• Initially operate as an individual contributor, with future responsibility to build and lead an HR team
