Par Excellence Search Consulting Inc is seeking an HR Manager – Business Partnering to provide strategic and operational HR support across a large-scale manufacturing environment in Cebu. This daily onsite role partners with business leaders to strengthen workforce capabilities and enhance employee experience.

The role covers talent planning, performance management, learning & development, job evaluation, compensation, and employee relations, with emphasis on ISO compliance and workforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of HR business partnering or HR account management experience.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, certification requirements, and audit processes.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to be based in Danao City, Cebu, or nearby municipalities.

Responsibilities

• Talent supply planning and partnership development with external sources.
• Lead performance and competency management aligned with divisional goals.
• Oversee assessment, profiling, and interviews with timely onboarding.
• Plan and implement learning and development programs with documentation.
• Conduct job evaluations and advise on HR policy guidance.
• Coordinate compensation & benefits and resolve payroll-related concerns.
• Foster employee relations, engagement, wellness, and CSR initiatives.
• Monitor HR budget and ensure ISO compliance and regulatory adherence.
