You will diagnose organizational issues, map job roles, and implement strategic people solutions with strong data-driven insights and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, HR, business or related field.
• Master’s degree or OD certification is a plus.
• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience.
• 3–5 years in an HRBP, OD, or strategic HR role.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnership with business leaders to align HR initiatives with business strategy.
• Provide data-driven insights on people trends to inform decision-making.
• Lead org structure reviews, diagnosis, and redesign based on business needs.
• Lead Talent Review process and implement succession planning frameworks.
• Facilitate job mapping across functions and ensure alignment to job leveling framework.
• Support performance management processes and coach leaders on goal setting, feedback, and performance conversations.
