DMCI Mining Corporation is seeking an experienced HR leader to drive strategic HR initiatives across the organization in Palawan and Quezon. The role focuses on aligning HR strategies with business goals, managing talent acquisition, performance and development, compensation, and employee relations.
The position oversees HR systems, governance, and administrative functions to ensure compliant and efficient people operations, while partnering with management to build capability and leadership
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and operational requirements.
Serve as a strategic partner to management on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
Advise top management on labor relations, employee engagement, and HR risk management.
Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, and selection processes for all levels.
Coordinate with external agencies for manpower requirements and specialized hiring needs.
Ensure timely onboarding, orientation, and deployment of employees.
Lead the implementation of performance management systems and appraisal processes.
Identify training and development needs and oversee learning programs.
Support succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
Oversee compensation structures, salary administration, and benefits programs.
Ensure payroll accuracy, statutory deductions, and timely release of salaries.
Review and recommend salary adjustments, promotions, and incentives.
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
Foster a positive work culture that promotes engagement, morale, and retention.
Lead employee communication initiatives and engagement programs.
Ensure full compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and company policies.
Represent the company in labor-related hearings, inspections, and audits.
Oversee handling of labor cases, notices, and compliance reports.
Oversee HR information systems (e.g., PeopleCore or similar HRIS).
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and proper maintenance of employee records.
Generate HR reports and analytics for management decision-making.
Supervise general administration functions including office facilities, security, transportation, and housekeeping.
Manage administrative budgets, vendors, and service providers.
Ensure workplace safety, orderliness, and operational efficiency.
Develop, review, and enforce HR and administrative policies and procedures.
Ensure consistent implementation of company rules and code of conduct.
Lead internal audits related to HR and administrative compliance.
