Job summary

Da Prosperitas Holding Incoporated is seeking an HR Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Human Resources department across the organization. You will report to the HR Manager and support the HR team, driving recruitment and employee-related processes.

You will ensure labor law compliance in the Philippines, manage timekeeping, payroll coordination, and employee relations, and provide HR support to employees and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field.
• 3–5 years HR experience with supervisory/leadership preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, timekeeping, and HR administration.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems/software.
• Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations and HR service delivery.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from planning to onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads on manpower needs and hiring priorities.
• Oversee timekeeping, payroll coordination, leaves, and deductions.
• Oversee compensation and benefits including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace concerns.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and Philippine labor laws.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Monitor probation, regularization, performance reviews, and promotions.
• Oversee onboarding, orientation, training coordination, and offboarding.
