Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in HR generalist role.
• Knowledgeable in payroll, benefits, recruitment, and labor law compliance.
• Proficient in HRIS and MS Office tools.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate job postings, screening, interviews, and selection processes.
• Prepare employment contracts, onboarding schedules, and orientation programs.
• Payroll processing and administration.
• Maintain employee compensation records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Address employee inquiries and support conflict resolution.
