Job summary

Prime System Solutions in the Philippines seeks an HR Generalist to manage daily HR functions, including payroll, benefits, HRIS, policy implementation, and employee records.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will support compliance with privacy and employment laws, lead recruitment, training, investigations, and performance management in a full-time on-site role at our Quezon City office (SM North Tower 1, EDSA x North Ave).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CPHR designation is an asset.
• A minimum of three years hands-on HR Generalist experience.
• Experience payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
• Experience with workplace investigations and performance management is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience with Greenhouse is required.

Responsibilities

• Payroll & Benefits: Collaborate with finance for bi-weekly payroll processing and administer benefits.
• HRIS: Use Ceridian Dayforce HRIS to update employee information and streamline HR processes.
• HR Policies & Compliance: Develop/update policies, train employees, ensure regulatory compliance.
• Health & Safety: Monitor OH&S practices and ensure site compliance.
• HR Budget: Assist in developing and managing HR budgets.
• Recruitment: Support sourcing and screening top talent and advise on recruitment strategies.
• Employee Relations & Leadership Support: Advise leadership and address employee concerns; manage misconduct and attendance issues.
• Training & Development: Educate managers and staff on HR practices.
