Job summary

TaskUs in Tagbilaran City, Bohol, Philippines, is seeking a Teammate to handle inbound/outbound calls, email and live chat support, and content filtering for client websites. The role emphasizes data tasks, troubleshooting, and high customer satisfaction through adherence to quality guidelines.

The candidate should be flexible with cyclical schedules, possess strong communication skills, and be proficient with Windows/macOS, MS Office, and Google apps. On-site perks accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Willing to work on cyclical schedules.
• Experience on phone, email and live chat support is a plus.
• Experience in Customer Service, Sales, Billing, Collections or Technical Support is desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication, computer literacy and MS Office/Google apps proficiency.
• Ability to type 30 WPM (voice) and 35 WPM (non-voice).
• Good problem solving, attention to detail and customer satisfaction focus.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and respond to inquiries via email and live chat.
• Filter content from client website and perform data and research tasks.
• Provide basic troubleshooting, resolve customer complaints and elevate priority issues.
• Document interactions per SOP and meet client KPI targets.
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and participate in trainings.
