Job summary

TaskUs is hiring Customer Service Representatives for the Molino - Greenhouse site in Cavite. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, email and live chat support, and assist customers with accurate, efficient service while meeting KPIs.

The role requires 1 year of financial BPO experience or a finance/accounting/business degree with banking exposure. On-site work and cyclical shifts are expected, with strong communication and computer skills a must.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year financial BPO experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business management with at least 1 year of banking experience.
• Amendable to work on site.
• Phone, email and live chat support experience is a plus.
• Willing to work on cyclical schedules.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Windows OS, macOS, MS Office and Google apps.
• Typing test of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound and/or place outbound calls.
• Provide accurate and timely responses via email and live chat support channels.
• Filter content from the client’s website.
• Perform data and research functions.
• Provide support through basic troubleshooting techniques.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints.
• Route calls to the appropriate resource and document interactions per SOPs.
• Meet client KPIs and strive for high customer satisfaction.
