Job summary

EastWest Banking Corporation (EastWest) is seeking an Auto Loan Sales Associate to support the Consumer Lending team in Lipa, Batangas. You will work on-site to assist Sales Channel Heads and Officers in meeting auto loan targets and ensure timely credit decisions and documentary readiness.

The role involves coordinating with dealer partners, tracking application status, and helping with reporting to enhance sales performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a 4-year course, preferably in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, business operations, and industry practices.
• Strong customer service orientation with ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Proficient interpersonal, communication, and sales skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Channel Heads and Sales Officers in achieving auto loan sales targets through account and application management.
• Monitor auto loan applications and provide timely updates on credit decisions and status.
• Coordinate with dealer partners to resolve documentary deficiencies and ensure prompt processing of loan applications.
• Facilitate timely booking of approved auto loans by ensuring all requirements are complete and compliant.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports to support sales performance and operations.
