Job summary

East West Banking Corporation is seeking an Auto Loan Pre-booking Associate in Taguig for our on-site Operations team. You will review and validate loan documentary requirements, ensuring completeness, accuracy and compliance with bank policies while providing timely feedback to Auto Sales and Stores.

You will help mitigate risks by verifying credit, borrower, loan, and collateral documents, and coordinating corrections with sales support to keep processing on track.

• Identify missing or deficient documents and coordinate with Auto Loans Sales Support for corrections.
• Make informed judgments on documentation sufficiency to facilitate timely processing.
• Ensure LOS data matches approved documents and is error-free.
• Support efficient processing while minimizing risks and adhering to policies.
