Job summary

Bureau Veritas invites a Technical Recruiter to join our team, focused on talent acquisition for the oil and gas sector. Based in the Philippines and supporting the Southern Middle East Region, you will manage sourcing, screening, and onboarding processes to build a strong talent pipeline.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in technical recruitment, preferably in oil & gas, with a Bachelor’s degree and strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and HRIS. Travel to regional offices may be required.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive recruitment experience in technical talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product line managers to understand workforce needs and source suitable candidates.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across the Southern Middle Region and supported offices.
Conduct initial HR screenings and assess technical competencies for mapping.
Prepare offers and manage pre- and post-onboarding documentation.
Maintain accurate talent data in Recruitment HRIS for reporting at country and regional levels.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and local employment laws and suggest process improvements.
