• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future manpower requirements, including hard-to-fill and specialized roles.
• Source via LinkedIn, Boolean searches, job portals, referrals, professional networks, industry associations, and direct sourcing to attract active and passive candidates.
• Conduct candidate screening, competency-based interviews, technical assessments, reference checks, and background investigations.
• Partner closely with hiring managers, department heads, and technical leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Monitor and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, quality of hire, offer acceptance, source effectiveness, and pipeline status.
• Support employer branding, campus recruitment, industry events, and talent networking initiatives.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies, Philippine employment requirements, and data privacy standards while maintaining accurate and confidential candidate records.
