Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, IT or related field.
• 3–6 years of hands-on IT recruitment experience.
• Strong knowledge of technical IT roles and IT skill sets.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search & ATS.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and candidate closure skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed, referrals & job portals.
• Build Boolean & X-Ray searches to identify passive talent.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial recruiter interviews.
• Recruit across Java, .NET, Python, QA, DevOps/SRE, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, BA & Project Management.
• Partner with hiring managers and coordinate technical interviews.
• Manage offers, negotiations, counteroffers and joining formalities.
• Maintain ATS records and track recruitment KPIs & SLAs.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and maintain active talent pipelines.
