Job summary

RippedBoxStation is seeking a Technical Recruiter/Sourcing Specialist to source and identify qualified candidates for both technical and non-technical roles in the Philippines. You will build and maintain a robust pipeline, screen candidates, and coordinate with the Recruitment Team to meet hiring requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or sourcing specialist.
• Minimum 2 years in technical recruitment.
• Experience sourcing for software development, engineering, DevOps, cybersecurity, and IT roles.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, Boolean search, referrals and other sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates to support hiring needs.
• Screen candidates to assess qualifications, technical experience and fit.
• Review resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Perform proactive talent mapping and market research to identify top talent.
