Job summary

Ericsson Philippines is hiring an ODM Administrator to manage orders and delivery processes end-to-end, ensuring accurate order entry, timely confirmations, and smooth coordination with Sales, Project Management, Supply, Logistics, and Finance.

The role requires 3–7 years in order management or logistics, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and experience with ERP systems such as SAP. You will optimize supply chain execution and mentor colleagues on processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Understanding of end-to-end order, delivery, and return flows.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and solve issues.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in orders and documentation.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration with Sales, Project Management, Supply, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines.
• Proficient English communication; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Determine delivery strategies to meet customer requirements cost-effectively.
• Record incoming orders and verify accuracy for clarified bookings.
• Monitor material requirements and track orders for timely confirmations.
• Facilitate product assignment and manage material confirmation availability.
• Handle change requests and ensure outbound deliveries are prepared for transport.
• Execute shipments and process invoices and credit notes related to PO and non-PO.
