Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking an Order Processing & Administration specialist in the Philippines. The role focuses on handling customer orders end-to-end, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining strong collaboration with sales, logistics, and finance teams.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years’ experience in order management, sales administration, or customer service, with proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in order management, sales administration, customer service, commercial operations, or related administrative functions.
• Experience in processing customer orders from order entry through delivery and invoicing is preferred.
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash (O2C) processes, sales order management, and customer support activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar order processing platforms is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of transactions accurately.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address order discrepancies, customer issues, and process bottlenecks.
• Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers, sales teams, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a cross-functional team environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering a high level of service.
• Experience supporting multinational companies or shared service environments is an advantage.
• Knowledge of import/export documentation, logistics coordination, and inventory processes is a plus.
