Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree requirement and 3–5 years in order management, sales administration, customer service, or related roles.
• Experience processing customer orders from entry to delivery and invoicing preferred.
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and customer support activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
