Job summary

Ericsson in the Philippines seeks an ODM Team Leader to oversee end-to-end order management, delivery and return flows, and to optimize supply chain execution in line with sales and project requirements.

You will record orders, monitor material requirements, coordinate shipments, and support colleagues with processes and tools as an individual contributor. A strong background in ERP/order management systems and stakeholder management is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7–10 years in order management or supply chain roles.
• Experience with ERP and order-to-delivery processes, including returns.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Define delivery strategies to meet customer requirements cost-effectively.
• Record incoming orders and verify accuracy for booking.
• Monitor material requirements and track orders to confirm items timely.
• Facilitate product assignment and manage material confirmation availability.
• Handle change requests and prepare outbound deliveries for transport.
• Process shipments, invoices, and credit notes related to PO and non-PO.
