Job summary

GoTeam in Cebu City, Philippines seeks an OD & Learning Manager to design competency frameworks, learning pathways, and standards that convert skill-building into measurable capability. You will lead a small team and partner with senior leaders to drive program impact and AI-enabled curriculum design.

You will ensure SOPs are audit-ready, mentor staff, and report outcomes with data, aligning programs with GoTeam goals and board expectations. Hybrid work with onsite start.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Organizational Development and Learning & Development, incl. 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Bachelor’s degree in HRD/Organizational Psychology or related field
• Strong competency framework design and change management experience
• Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools

Responsibilities

• Design and roll out OD initiatives—competency frameworks and role mapping
• Develop learning pathways to reduce time-to-proficiency
• Keep modules current with AI tools and modern workflows
• Measure program impact and report outcomes to leadership
