Job summary

BagoSphere in the Philippines seeks a seasoned Trainer to shape transformative learning experiences. You will engage participants with dynamic, student-centered lessons, using technology to tailor content for diverse needs. Lead online and onsite sessions, coordinate logistics, and assess learner progress to drive improvement.

You will craft detailed reports and contribute to curriculum development, with travel across the Philippines and Southeast Asia as needed to support client projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related fields; Master’s preferred
• 3–5 years of adult training experience
• Proficient in English (C1) and Filipino
• Willingness to travel across the Philippines and Southeast Asia
• Experience delivering online and onsite training sessions

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging training sessions.
• Deliver dynamic, student-centered lessons tailored to diverse participant needs.
• Coordinate logistics for online and onsite training sessions.
• Utilize computer and distance learning technology to manage online classes.
• Employ clear communication techniques to ensure understanding and engagement.
• Demonstrate subject matter expertise with theory and practical applications.
• Use assessment methods to gauge learner progress and provide feedback.
• Coach trainees and support learning transfer.
• Maintain a positive learning environment and manage classroom dynamics.
• Monitor asynchronous tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Evaluate learning impact and manage data.
• Keep accurate records of attendance and assessments.
• Collect feedback and report improvement areas.
• Craft detailed reports consolidating findings and insights.
• Oversee post-training activities and report outcomes.
• Ensure data privacy and confidentiality.
• Pursue continuous improvement and curriculum development opportunities.
