Job summary

GoTeam is seeking an OD and Learning Manager to design competency frameworks, learning pathways, and scalable OD initiatives in a hybrid Cebu City setup. You will lead a small team, align programs with business goals, and report outcomes with data-driven insights.

You will own framework development, measurement, and policy governance while collaborating with senior leadership to drive impact and modernization through AI-enabled learning tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Organizational Development and Learning & Development, including team lead experience
• Bachelor's degree in HRD, Organizational Psychology, Instructional Design, or related field
• Strong OD practice: competency framework design, org structure mapping, change management
• Solid knowledge of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy, 70-20-10)
• Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools
• Experience leading a small team and coordinating with senior leadership

Responsibilities

• Design and execute programs that build organizational capability
• Roll out OD initiatives: competency frameworks, roles/skills mapping, change management
• Develop learning pathways and curricula to reduce time-to-proficiency
• Keep training modules current with AI tools and modern workflows
• Mentor and manage the L&D team to ensure on-time, quality delivery
• Maintain SOPs and policies, audit-ready and easy for teams to apply
• Measure impact with data-driven reporting to senior leadership
