Job summary

GoTeam in Cebu City, Philippines, invites an OD & Learning Manager to lead competency frameworks, learning pathways, and modern training workflows. You will mentor a small team, align programs with senior leadership, and ensure audit-ready SOPs and policies while integrating AI tools for curriculum design.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong OD practice, and experience with LMS platforms; it is a hybrid position with onsite work for the first 6 months in Cebu City.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Organizational Development and Learning & Development, including at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory capacity
• A bachelor's degree in HRD, Organizational Psychology, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Strong grounding in OD practice — competency framework design, org structure/role mapping, change management, or culture-building initiatives
• Solid working knowledge of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy, 70-20-10)
• Working knowledge of adult learning principles and performance-based assessment
• Experience with LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Docebo, Moodle, or equivalent) and e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar)
• The ability to manage and mentor a small team while coordinating with senior leadership on program direction
• Familiarity with measurement frameworks like Kirkpatrick to track and report program impact
• Comfort working hybrid out of Cebu City, with a fully onsite requirement for your first 6 months, day shift, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• You design and execute programs that build organizational capability, not just deliver training.
• You build and maintain learning pathways and curricula that reduce time-to-proficiency for key roles
• You keep existing training modules current, incorporating AI tools and modern workflows where useful
• You keep the L&D team accountable for consistent, quality execution and mentor them to meet standards
• You track program effectiveness using data‑driven assessment metrics and report outcomes to senior leadership
