Confidential is seeking a Learning & Development Officer who will partner with business leaders and HR partners to identify capability gaps, design development programs, and ensure employees have the right capabilities to support growth.

The role involves creating annual learning plans, coordinating with internal experts and external trainers, evaluating programs, and fostering a culture of continuous development across the organization. Hybrid work arrangement in Ortigas, Pasig.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field with experience in L&D.
• 4+ years in Learning & Development, Talent Development or HR focusing on training.
• Hands-on experience in training needs analysis, curriculum development, facilitation, and program evaluation.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration across teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup in Ortigas, Pasig.

Responsabilités

• Partner with business leaders and HR to understand capability gaps and learning opportunities.
• Conduct learning needs assessments and translate insights into practical development initiatives.
• Develop and manage annual learning plans, training calendars, and budgets for assigned units.
• Customize learning solutions for different employee groups and teams.
• Design, organize, and facilitate learning programs aligned with the company framework and objectives.
• Coordinate with internal SMEs and external training providers to ensure delivery of interventions.
• Monitor quality and effectiveness of programs and recommend improvements.
