Plan and develop new tours, coordinate buses, guides, tickets, and travel logistics, manage bookings and schedules, and resolve disruptions with agility. The role requires fluent Japanese and 0–1 year travel industry exposure, plus strong coordination, independent work capability, and excellent communication with global teams and partners.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Japanese (spoken, written, and reading).
• 0–1 year travel industry experience or relevant exposure.
