• Monitor bookings, issue tickets, and handle itinerary changes.
• Resolve flight disruptions, delays, and travel-related issues.
• Prepare quotes, itineraries, and contract support for sales.
• Maintain accurate client profiles using Sabre and booking systems.
• Handle billing, collections, and vendor payment processing.
• Lead projects, support team performance, and drive improvements.
