Responsibilities

• Manage reservations, ticketing, and travel arrangements for clients
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and transport vendors
• Monitor bookings, issue tickets, and handle itinerary changes
• Resolve flight disruptions, delays, and travel-related issues
• Prepare quotes, itineraries, and contract support for sales
• Maintainaccurateclient profiles using Sabre and booking systems
• Handle billing, collections, and vendor payment processing
• Lead projects, support team performance, and drive improvements
