Job summary

You will document issues, collaborate with engineering and support teams, perform routine maintenance and configuration changes, and implement security best practices to improve reliability and security.

Qualifications

• NOC monitoring and incident handling experience.
• Network administration including configuration, performance monitoring, and basic routing/switching.
• Troubleshooting and technical support for network issues.
• Network security awareness and threat mitigation practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with detailed documentation.
• Effective communication and teamwork in an on-site environment.
• Willingness to work in shifts to support 24/7 operations.
• Certifications like CCNA or CompTIA Network+ are beneficial.
