Job summary

Business Process Outsourcing International, Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a proactive Data Center NOC Engineer to join our 24x7 Command Center. You will monitor, escalate, and support power, cooling, environmental, and network systems in real time.

You will analyze operational data, develop procedures, and maintain dashboards and logs to ensure reliability, security, and efficiency of mission‑critical systems, working closely with engineers, facilities, and security teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma with relevant certifications.
• 1–2 years NOC/data center or IT support for entry level; 3–5 years for mid-level.
• Familiar with enterprise monitoring tools and basic networking.
• Ability to document clearly and follow ITIL/ISO procedures.
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotating shift.

Responsibilities

• Monitor facility and IT systems via BMS, DCIM, EMS, and NMS.
• Log power, temperature, humidity, network traffic, and health metrics.
• Maintain event logs, dashboards, and audit trails for compliance.
• Detect, validate, and log anomalies; escalate per SOPs and SLAs.
• Assist with incident RCA and post-incident investigations.
• Analyze data to identify trends and inform capacity and energy planning.
• Collaborate with engineers to refine alarms and thresholds.
• Support Remote Hands tasks with proper documentation.
• Maintain rack layouts, power budgets, and port usage maps.
• Prepare shift turnover reports and update ticketing platforms.
