Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in the related field.
• Willing to work on site and on shifting schedule.
• Amenable to work six (6) days a week.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure.
• Respond to network incidents and security threats.
• Maintain network documentation and performance reports.
• Lead and monitor NOC team performance.
• Coordinate with vendors for new network services.
• Identify process improvements for operational efficiency.

Skills

Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, protocols, and network devices

Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting

Understanding of network security concepts

Proficiency in diagnosing hardware and software issues

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Collaborative team player

Education
