Job summary

Rising Tide Digital, Inc. is seeking a network monitoring specialist in Mandaluyong to perform 24/7 surveillance of LAN/WAN/DC/cloud infrastructure. The role requires handling incidents from detection to escalation and coordinating with ISPs for main sites.

You will document all incidents with tickets and logs, develop RCA inputs for major outages and ensure ongoing network health across critical devices such as firewalls and VPNs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 years in network engineering or a similar role.
• Must have strong technical documentation skills.
• Perform 24/7 network monitoring for LAN/WAN/DC/Cloud infrastructure.
• Coordinate with ISPs for main sites and track trouble tickets.
• Monitor health of network devices such as firewalls and VPN tunnels.
• Document incidents with tickets, logs and outage reports; provide RCA inputs.

Location: Philippines – Cybergate, Mandaluyong

Work Schedule: FULL ONSITE - Shifting (Shift 1: 6:00am - 3:00pm, Shift 2: 8:30am - 5:30pm, Shift 3: 12:00nn - 9:00pm, Shift 4: 2:00pm - 11:00pm, Shift 5: 10:00pm - 7:00am)

• Rest Days: 6 days off per month

• Weekend Duty: Weekend shifts required as scheduled (typically 2 Saturdays per month)

Type of Employment: Contractual (6 month-initial contract, possible absorption/extension depending on performance)

Salary: 20K - 40K

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Holder

• At least 2 years of network engineering or a similar role

• Perform 24/7 network monitoring for LAN, WAN, Data Center, Cloud, and companywide infrastructure
