Job summary

COMMSEC INC. in Mandaluyong is seeking a NOC Engineer to provide technical support and manage NOC processes and day-to-day tasks. You will analyze, correlate and diagnose network issues based on symptoms and monitoring tools.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer or Electronic and Communication Engineering, 1–2 years of maintenance experience, and willingness to work on-site with overtime as needed. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance activities.
• Analyze, correlate and diagnose network connectivity issues based on symptoms and monitoring tools.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including resources, priorities and timelines.
• Perform Network Operation Center processes and day-to-day tasks.
• Work on nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
