Job summary

Staff4me is seeking a Tier 3 NOC Engineer in Cebu City, Philippines. The role focuses on high-level technical escalation, proactive monitoring oversight, incident response leadership, and infrastructure improvement across client environments.

You will work on network monitoring with SolarWinds/PRTG/Nagios, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with field technicians to resolve complex issues and ensure system stability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 2+ years of network operations or NOC experience.
• Strong TCP/IP, routing, VLANs, QoS knowledge.
• Experience with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, Zabbix).
• CCNA/CCNP or similar certifications preferred.
• On-site with shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain network performance across LAN/WAN environments.
• Respond to alerts and outages within SLA timeframes.
• Perform root cause analysis and document lessons learned.
• Coordinate with field technicians and dispatch operations.
• Lead incident management and escalation to Tier 4 when needed.
• Configure routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless controllers.
• Ensure security and compliance in network operations.
• Document topology, SOPs, and post-incident reports.
