Role Description

The NOC Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Clark, Pampanga responsible for monitoring and maintaining network systems and infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing network performance, responding to alerts, performing incident analysis, and coordinating timely resolution of outages or service degradations. The role involves providing technical support to internal teams and clients, documenting issues and resolutions, and escalating complex problems when necessary. The NOC Engineer will also assist with routine maintenance, configuration changes, and implementation of best practices to improve reliability and security. Collaboration with other engineering and support teams, adherence to operational procedures, and participation in shift-based coverage may be required.
