PeoplePartners is hiring a Quote Process Coordinator for a fully remote role with night shifts. You will work with US-based clients to drive visibility, momentum, and accountability in the quotation process, coordinating from initial request to completion.

The role emphasizes owning next actions, monitoring statuses, and improving processes to prevent quotes from stalling. Strong Excel, CRM, and collaboration tools are required for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales coordination, quotation or estimating support.
• Experience coordinating multi-step processes with deadlines and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Excel for tracking, pricing references, and reporting.
• Experience using a CRM to maintain customer and quotation history.
• Proficiency with Teams and Outlook for communication and follow-ups.
• Experience using document management platforms (SharePoint/OneDrive).
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage the central quotation queue from request through completion.
• Prepare, update, and maintain customer quotations.
• Track quote owners, statuses, deadlines, and next actions.
• Follow up on missing information, pricing, and approvals.
• Review previous quotations and customer account history.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, estimating, finance, and management.
• Maintain accurate quotation and pricing records.
• Monitor quote turnaround times and aging.
• Track outstanding approvals and follow-up activity.
• Identify and report quotation delays and bottlenecks.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Improve quotation processes and documentation.
• Document workflows and support continuous process improvement.
