Satellite Office is seeking an Appointment Setter for our global client base. This fully remote, night-shift position involves handling warm leads, timely outreach, and coordinating qualified meetings with the sales team.

You will respond quickly, engage prospects conversationally, and leverage AI-assisted responses while maintaining a high standard of customer service and organization. Experience with CRM and AI tools is valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in appointment setting, sales development, lead qualification, or managing inbound sales inquiries for a US-facing market.

Responsabilités

• Manage a pre-qualified inbox where the majority of incoming leads are warm and have expressed genuine interest.
• Contact qualified leads by phone within 10 minutes of receiving their reply.
• Conduct natural, conversational calls without relying on rigid sales scripts or hard-selling techniques.
• Send personalized email responses when a phone call is not the most appropriate first step.
• Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team.
• Prepare and hand off accurate lead summaries once appointments are confirmed.
• Review, personalize, and categorize AI-generated reply suggestions before sending responses.
• Maintain timely follow-ups and ensure an excellent experience for prospective clients.
• Keep lead records and appointment details organized and up to date.
