Job summary

Sourcefit is seeking a detail-oriented remote Administrative Support Specialist to coordinate field technicians, manage service calls for Secur-Serv, and ensure timely onsite service delivery. You will maintain client relationships, review new service calls, track ETAs, parts, and statuses, and close calls by day end, while communicating with customers, technicians, and accounting.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in remote administrative support.
• Detail-oriented, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle a high-stress, high-volume workload.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onsite technical services and meet SLAs by arranging and coordinating with technicians.
• Review each new service call and ensure all required information is accurate.
• Find local technicians for service calls and prep them for assignments.
• Document all aspects of service calls: ETAs, parts tracking, job status, etc.
• Communicate professionally with customers, technicians, and accounting to ensure smooth service coordination.
• Keep the job queue updated with information and follow-up dates.
• Close service calls by the end of the same business day the service is completed.
• Manage return-visit processes to ensure payment for services rendered.
• Answer phone calls promptly.
• Perform other duties as requested.
