Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking an Asset Review Specialist to support a North American lien search process. The role involves asset review, rule-based determination of search requirements, and ordering PPSA/CSC searches via Salesforce Lien Hub.

You will ensure timely progress toward auction readiness and seller payment. Primary work is onsite in Ortigas with a night shift, focusing on high-volume, detail-critical tasks.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Salesforce or a comparable case- or queue-based system.
Demonstrated accuracy in high-volume, repetitive data-processing work.
Working proficiency with Excel for tracking and classification.

Responsibilities

Review assets and determine searchable vs non-searchable status per client rules.
Place required PPSA orders for Canada and CSC lien searches for the US on searchable assets.
Record dispositions and maintain the asset review change log.
Monitor searches through to completion and route results to the Lien Review team and Salesforce queues.
Communicate professionally with stakeholders via Microsoft Teams.
