Acquire Intelligence, an award-winning global outsourcer, is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to ensure smooth consignment and sales support across platforms in Ortigas, Pasig. This onsite night-shift role emphasizes accurate data management, process adherence, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in data entry, customer service, or sales support, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Salesforce and Mercury systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, sales support, or administrative operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and VLOOKUP.
• Experience using Salesforce and Mercury systems preferred.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and platforms simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Process consignments across multiple selling platforms and internal systems.
• Create, update, and maintain accurate customer, inventory, and sales records.
• Support asset onboarding, listings, relisting activities, and package management.
• Coordinate updates for live and online asset activity using standardized templates.
• Ensure all transactions and workflows comply with SOPs and deadlines.
• Provide overflow support for coordinators and operational teams during peak periods.
