Job summary

CO Careers in Clark Outsourcing is seeking a Medical Scheduler to work onsite in Clark Pampanga. The role covers scheduling, admin management, and HR coordination to support patient care and regulatory compliance. Shift runs 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM PHT with focus on accuracy and timeliness.

You will handle staffing, PTO, onboarding support, and medical admin tasks, maintaining records under HIPAA and collaborating with clinicians, staff, and partners in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in medical administration, home healthcare, or healthcare operations preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Staffing and Scheduling: Manage mobile shift maintenance and ensure all shifts are covered; Call employees to fill open shifts and coordinate last-minute coverage; Monitor staffing levels and communicate coverage needs to management; Maintain a rolling 90-day forward view of schedules for coverage gaps.
• PTO & Time Off Administration: Administer submissions, approvals, and coverage adjustments for PTO and other leave requests; Ensure time-off requests reflected in schedules with uninterrupted coverage.
• Recruitment Support: Coordinate with recruiters to address staffing gaps and onboarding of new hires; Provide administrative support for hiring, including scheduling interviews.
• Medical Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate employee and patient records per HIPAA; Prepare and process timesheets, payroll inputs, and billing support; Track metrics like staff availability and compliance indicators; Communicate with staff, patients, and partners.
• Operational Support: Assist in policy implementation, audits, reporting, and scheduling/operational improvements; Serve as a point of contact for schedule, payroll, and admin questions.
