Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, coordination, or similar roles in healthcare or home care.
• Experience in virtual or remote support is a plus.
• Proficiency with scheduling platforms and administrative tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care by assessing client needs and matching caregivers or nurses.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and caregivers; review nurse notes for QA.
• Create and maintain schedules for clients, nurses, and caregivers; adjust using ABS/Alora systems.
