Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate on-call staff, ensuring coverage and timely response to client needs
Monitor and manage incoming requests, escalating urgent matters as needed
Ensure compliance with healthcare protocols, policies, and client-specific requirements
Maintain accurate records of on-call activities, incidents, and resolutions
Serve as a point of escalation for staff and clients, providing guidance and support
Collaborate with the client team to align on-call operations with service expectations
Utilize CRM tools to track, document, and manage workflows efficiently
Provide regular reports on on-call performance and operational metrics
