- Willing to work on-call schedules including after-hours coverage.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate on-call staff to ensure coverage and timely responses.
- Monitor incoming requests and escalate urgent matters as needed.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare protocols and client requirements.
- Maintain records of on-call activities, incidents, and resolutions.
- Serve as escalation point for staff and clients with guidance and support.
- Collaborate with client teams to align on-call ops with service expectations.
- Utilize CRM tools to track workflows and document activity.
- Provide regular reports on on-call performance and metrics.
