Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver/nurse schedules and client matching using ABS and Alora.
• Provide on-call support after business hours for schedule changes or staffing needs.
• Maintain client and caregiver documentation with confidentiality.
• Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and resolve scheduling discrepancies.
• Generate and analyze operational reports for management.
