Staff Outsourcing Solutions in Cebu is hiring four CSR/Healthcare Specialists to handle patient scheduling and appointment setting for a United States healthcare revenue cycle partner. The role is onsite in Cebu Business Park with a night shift aligned to US business hours.

You will verify demographics and insurance, confirm referrals and authorizations, and communicate what patients must bring and pay. Nursing, MedTech, RadTech graduates or allied health students are welcome to apply; licensure

Qualifications

• Graduate or undergraduate in Nursing, MedTech, RadTech or allied health.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare concepts.
• Able to identify the appropriate medical specialty or doctor based on a diagnosis.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to understand medical information.
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu on the night shift.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and procedures according to each practice's established protocols.
• Screen patients for demographic information and update the system as necessary.
• Verify the method of payment and collect the data.
• Verify referrals and authorizations are in progress before scheduling.
• Inform patients of information or payment to be presented at the visit.
• Document calls and account updates, keeping patient information confidential.
