Job summary

Clark Outsourcing is seeking a Client Care Representative to support care coordination and scheduling operations in an office-based setting at Clark, Pampanga. You will match caregivers or nurses to clients, manage schedules, and maintain strong client and staff relationships.

The role requires organized individuals with effective communication, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare support environment. Weekend shifts and flexible scheduling are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, coordination, or a similar role, preferably in healthcare or home care.
• Experience working in a virtual or remote support role is a plus.
• Proficiency in computer software, scheduling platforms, and administrative tools.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care by assessing client needs and matching caregivers or nurses.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and caregivers; review nurse notes for QA.
• Create and manage client, nurse, and caregiver schedules; adjust using Alora and ABS systems.
• Monitor attendance; resolve conflicts and coverage gaps; clock-in/out discrepancies.
