Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking a Data Verification Associate to join its onsite Night Shift team in Ortigas. You will review records for accuracy, verify information against rules, and manage queues to ensure timely completion across a high-volume workflow.

You will perform data review, classification, exception handling, and documentation while maintaining high accuracy and following established procedures. This role emphasizes attention to detail and consistent application of criteria.

Qualifications

• Experience in data verification, data processing, records review, quality checking, back-office operations, or another accuracy-driven role.
• Comfortable comparing information and identifying inconsistencies.
• Able to apply written criteria consistently when reviewing records.
• Comfortable handling high-volume and repetitive work.
• Able to recognize exceptions and elevate instead of guessing.
• Salesforce, CRM, case-management, or workflow-system experience (good-to-haves).
• Excel experience for tracking and classification (good-to-haves).
• Background in document verification, compliance support, records management, or similar work (good-to-haves).

Responsibilities

• Data Review & Verification: Review records for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
• Verify and classify information using established business rules.
• Identify missing, conflicting, or unusual information.
• Maintain accurate records of decisions and updates.
• Research & Processing: Submit required searches or requests based on review findings.
• Monitor outstanding requests until completed.
• Cross-check information when additional validation is required.
• Route completed records to the appropriate team or queue.
• Quality & Exception Management: Follow processing priorities and required turnaround times.
• Double-check information before completing or routing work.
• Escalate records that fall outside standard procedures.
• Maintain high accuracy across repetitive, high-volume transactions.
