Job summary

VIATechnik LLC is seeking an IT Administrator to provide technical support, system administration, and operational assistance for its US users. The role focuses on Microsoft 365 administration, Intune, Defender, Synology NAS, backups, and end-user support, with graveyard shift hours from 8 PM to 5 AM PH time to align with US operations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and security tooling, can work independently, document issues, and coordinate with the global IT

Qualifications

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 services.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Intune for endpoint management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint or Microsoft security tools.
• Experience with user onboarding, offboarding, and access management.
• Knowledge of Windows desktop support and troubleshooting.
• Experience managing file access, permissions, and shared folders.
• Familiarity with Synology NAS or similar network storage systems.
• Basic understanding of backup, restoration, and archiving processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently during graveyard shift hours.
• Willingness to support US operations from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 services including user accounts, licenses, mail, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Support email, calendar, Teams, and collaboration issues.
• Help manage Microsoft 365 security and compliance settings.
• Monitor and resolve Microsoft 365 service incidents.
• Manage devices via Microsoft Intune and policy deployments.
• Assist with device enrollment, compliance, and provisioning.
• Support Windows endpoint troubleshooting.
• Coordinate device provisioning, replacement, and decommissioning.
• Monitor Microsoft Defender alerts and assist in remediation.
• Provide IT support during graveyard shift for US operations.
